This is the story of the murder of our dog by the city.....

My wife, son and I took in a pregnant stray some time back, and found a home for her after she delivered puppies. We kept two of the dogs. They learned how to break out and would run and play then come home learning this behavior from a neighbor's dog, who always ran loose, and had to break them of that habit. The city sent out two animal control officers (last) named Delores, a husband and wife, who I was told should not have been working together. The woman (Mrs. Delores) attempted to enter our home illegally (the law says they are not allowed to enter a residential dwelling, and did illegally enter our interior porch attempting to seize our dogs, and when this was reported to JSO it was ignored, once again proving the city does not enforce violations of law against the city..... Our dogs were later seized under an illegal threat of arrest, and this illegal conduct was reported to the city with nothing being done against the ACC officers...
We got the dogs back on the condition they not run free, made fence repairs, and they never got loose again. About a month after that, in April, a woman named Wanda Soule, who was an acquaintance, trespassed then entered our home like she owned it, saying "Hi, it's Wanda" never getting permission to enter... she has that kind of personality, has had mental health issues and counseling and has attacked law enforcement officers in the past. She entered and I said "What the hell", then she grabbed me from behind and did a "booty dance" shake grabbing me from behind and shaking like she was a 20 year old on Girls Gone Wild, to which I said, "Get the Fu$k off me Wanda, now!" and at this point Sgt. Pepper, my son's dog, bit her in the ass.
She is a loud and boisterous woman who has no attention span and was more acquainted with my wife than I. She had no legal right or permission to enter our home nor touch me, and if someone is doing something illegal on your property or acting in a threatening manner, which such a thing appeared, the Dog ordinance excuses a bite. She was trespassing, but Wanda, whom we gave food to when her husband was seeking work in California, contacted an attorney and tried to sue us. I myself never trusted her because she always expressed shady ideas and lies, and cheated on her husband with a drug dealer after catching her husband cheating on her with a dancer.
We knew her from her son knowing our nephew, and she would seek us out and come here, we never sought her out. She had come over wanting us to look something up on the internet for her. She, to me, is a gold-digger and a liar.
ACC came and took Sgt. Pepper, promising my wife and son that he would be held for 10 days only then returned. This was by the husband of the ACC officer upon whom we made complaints.
A dangerous dog hearing was held, and I was the only one present. The fact that Wanda was trespassing was ignored so I made it clear and made formal notice to ACC that I would appeal in county court, then ACC held an illegal second hearing, which I contested. and found other grounds to make a second dangerous dog determination. That was based mainly on the bite on Wanda's ass, which was justified under statute.
I then appealed to the court, and was heard on motions where law and due process was ignored and Jason Teal, attorney for the city, outright lied about statements of facts and the case. I then appealed that with notice to him and to the court to be heard next in Circuit Court, but somehow there is no longer any record of that appeal notice.
At a city council meeting in September my son and I came and spoke about this, and Glorious Johnson had a conference with us and Jason teal, who happened to be at hat council meeting. he told her that we were in the appeal process and that we had two weeks at least, but the very next week the city, on 4 October, killed our dog, not even allowing us to say goodbye to him.
The other ACC culprits are Scott Trebatowski and Ed Obereo.
The fact that an attorney lied knowing is grounds for disbarment, and the judge, Higbee, is guilty of judicial misconduct for ignoring law and due process, since holding a second hearing was clearly illegal.
But remember, Higbee and ACC and teal all get their check from the same pot.
This city is heartless and corrupt, inhuman and mean spirited.
They killed my son's dog illegally... somehow made a filed appeal vanish from even the Clerk's office, and attached fees and fines not associated with Sarge... He was a funny, nice dog, liked by many of the ACC staff who privately told us it was stupid and wrong what was being done to us.
This has hurt our son, Alex, emotionally, but I doubt anything will be done even though there were bar violations and other unethical aspects of this. The government does not go against the government, and if one is not rich, they suffer injustice because money is power in Jacksonville...

Don't let them murder animals in vindictive revenge or because of inability to pay fines or illegal fines like they did to us. This was a loving beautiful creature that deserved better...
